Moshi 2023 Rebrand Social Templates

Branding, Graphic Design, Marketing, Design Direction

01. The Challenge

Since moving into the kids' gaming space in January of 2023, Moshi's brand has been evolving to promote more of the fun and engaging characters in the Moshi world. My brief was to come up with a new set of social templates that would set the tone for marketing designs across all platforms to promote Moshi and Moshi Play.

02. The Strategy

I spent some time researching our competitive set brand and other brands I admire for inspiration. My Junior Designer also helped gather reference materials, and then we each spent some time on our own creating a few sample templates. We met to walk each other through our designs, and from there I spent some time combining ideas from our respective templates into a new Adobe Illustrator document and polishing the designs to create a cohesive look.

03. The Result

I presented the social template designs to my head of Marketing and walked her through the concepts and how they could fulfill the required purposes she listed. Once approved, my Junior designer helped me create story sizes of all the graphics. I used this style to create blog and CRM email templates. For easy use and consistency with multiple designers, I also built out creator studio-style Adobe Illustrator files for:

1. Blog header images
2. Grid post images to promote blogs
3. Story post images to promote blogs
